1. Upon check-out, select BOX NOW, as your delivery option.
By completing the order, the consumer chooses BOX NOW as the delivery method.
2. LOVESHOP CY processes the order
From the sender’s warehouses to the selected BOX NOW Locker.
3. Once the parcel is delivered and placed in the selected Locker. The recipient receives, on its mobile phone, a delivery code. Apply this code onto the Locker’s LED display unit – ENTER – Locker’s drawer unlocks – Pick up and close back the locker.
4. The consumer receives any time of the day, within 2 days! Beyond the two days, the parcel is automatically returned to the sender.
BOX NOW Lockers operate 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

- FREE OF CHARGE for All domestic orders, above 20 Euro and collectable from the courier’s office
- All domestic orders, below 20 Euro, collectable from the courier’s office, have got a small surcharge of 2 Euro.

Home Delivery:
- Home delivery – cash payment orders have a surcharge of 5 Euro fee
- Home delivery, for orders above 50 Euro with online payment, is free of charge

International delivery
We do ship orders to Greece with only online payment. During check out, please choose Home Delivery option. Charge will be calculated automatically by the weight of the order.
